I need an apartment in Sept. more like a room to live in for a year. ideas? comments? questions?
Your friendly neighborhood asian american girl
this past weekend was phenomenal.
14mile bike ride around marin headlands. it was rather mighty.
bay to breakers on sunday morning
(which confirms that san francisco is a circus)
Then got drunk by the afternoon, rode through the park, blew out my tire, sat ontop of a waterfall, continued drinking, ate wonderful vietnamese food, drank some more, passed out.
sorry this entry is a bit of a jumble fuck, buuuut i don't really care right now.
carnaval this weekend!!! its going to be off the hook.

is romace important?
or is it totally a load of shit?
i can't decide.
people of all ages, shapes and sizes come together at golden gate park to dance, sing, smoke, drink, and consume other various intoxicating chemicals. they bring dogs, bunnies, hoola hoops, friends, bikes, "brownies", "cookies", other various smoking paraphernaia, its an all day event my friends.
1 -man dressed in a gorilla costume
1 -man topless, minus the white angel wings (i dont know why)
1 -man with a total pink body spandex suite (hood included) accompanied with a mini silver cape riding a unicycle (i'm beginning to think he should be some sort of super hero...can't decide what his super power would be though)
many kids running around
some had sticks
others didn't wear much clothing
steve marley performed. and some guy from the gratetful dead. i'm not very good at these things...
but my opinion still stands:
san francisco is amazing.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
rowed in the DAYLIGHT today. it was so warm and gorgeous. i didn't pack any layers going to the beach (bad idea), and i have learned my lesson about san francisco weather. unfortunately, we couldnt watch the sunset because of the fog. So instead we went to Canvas, rented a movie, and chilled the fuck out.
BUT! I did get introduced to a great artist. if you like nature, and are inspired by it, i think you would really like this guy. he interprets nature, and creates wonderful pieces based on intuition and his surroundings. his name is andy goldsworthy and the movie that is out is called river and tides. I really recommend the movie.
